For equilibrium we train in loose black trousers, a white t-shirt that you can tuck in and indoor trainers. The ADEM centre has shower and changing room facilities. We aren't under any pressure to leave at 22h and so can continue to train until later. We don't operate with any formal course structure and so you can start to train with the group at any time.
